Buckwheat groats (whole kernels)  are produced out of buckwheat grain by means of dehusking the kernel from the fruit coat.

 

Energy value  per 100 g of product: 1528 kJ  / 365 kcal

Moisture content, not more:  14 %

Particles size:  the residue on the sieve plate 1,6×20 mm

Including chipped cores, not more: 0,3%

Waste admixture, not more : 0.4%

• It contain Omega-3 Polyunsaturated Fatty Acids having the properties that reduce the risk of developing heart disease.

• Regulate a blood glucose concentration and improve a digestion.
